Automatic inside washer and filler MP Keg 35

Start

MP KEG 35 is used for washing and filling kegs with beer or soft drinks.

  • Output: up to 35 kegs/hour
  • Equipped with a keg centering device and pneumatically operated pressure cylinders, including electronic control and manual shifting of kegs between the individual heads.

MP KEG 35 T includes:

  • Freestanding base with storage table for kegs
  • Washing head for automatic connection to the barrel, including pneumatically operated pressure rollers
  • Filling head for automatic connection to the barrel, including pneumatically operated pressure cylinder
  • Media distributor and control unit – combination of valves for media supply for washing, combination of valves for drain valves for washing, combination of supply and drain valves for filling, all valves are pneumatically operated via magnetic valves
  • The washing medium tank including the medium pump, temperature control, fittings and connections is a fixed part of the machine (separate location means extra cost).
  • Memory programmable control, HITACHI type, including switchboard, control panel and all electrical cables for internal connection.
  • Control cells – leak check, wet and dry condition reporting via special fork probe, media check via pressure switch etc.
  • Rinsing media – cold and hot water from tap.
  • The steel structural parts are made of stainless steel.
