Start
  • Capacity: 10 to 30 kegs/hour
  • 1-3 stations
  • Cleaning agent: caustic
  • Electronic control
  • Pre-pressurization with CO2 or sterile air is assumed.

The simple keg washer with automatic control will significantly increase productivity compared to manual washing.

Description

  • 1 Base stand with keg storage table adapted for wall mounting
  • 1-3 Manual ramming head for manual connection to the barrel including forward and reverse hoses.
  • 1 Media distributor and control unit (combination of valves for wash media supply, combination of valves for wash media drain valves)
  • All valves are pneumatically operated via solenoid valves.
  • 1 Caustic tank with medium pump and temperature control.
  • 1 Memory programmable control, HITACHI type, including switchboard.
  • For production control, the machine is equipped with control elements (leak check, wet and dry condition reporting via a special fork probe, media control via a pressure switch, etc.).
  • Cold and hot rinse media are taken from network.

Function

  • Keg change
  • Manual ramming of the barrel, using the ramming head and manual rotation of the barrel by 180 0
  • Residual pressure testing
  • Blowing out the residue
  • Intermittent washing of the barrel walls and the bumping part with hot water
  • Blowing out hot water
  • Intermittent washing of the barrel walls and the bumping part with caustic
  • Blowing out the caustic with sterile air
  • Intermittent washing of the barrel walls and the bumping part with hot water
  • Blowing out hot water
  • Pre-pressurisation with sterile air
  • Manual rotation of the barrel by 180 0
  • Keg change

Additionally

  • Evaporation and condensate discharge
  • Pre-pressurisation with CO2
